Angela & David - October 27, 2007

Angela and David were married at the Unitarian Church of Vancouver with their reception following at the Sylvia Hotel on English Bay. During cocktail hour we went to the Orpheum Theatre for some shots. The architecture and ambiance are amazing! I LOVED it!

I loved the colours of the Theatre with it's rich reds and golds. Angela added her own touch of red to the day...

This last shot is Angela, David and Lucas and is one of my favourites. What a great family!

Leslie & Gabe

Leslie, Gabe and I went to Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver for their engagement shoot. It was late in the afternoon, and we got some nice skies. We wandered about, getting to some nice high places.

Then it was time to have some fun in the leaves.

Congratulations Leslie and Gabe - I'm really looking forward to your wedding next year!

Jeani's family

Jeani's extended family had gathered together from various BC locations and I was called on to do some family portraits both indoors at Jeani's house and outdoors at the nearby school. I think we did all possible combinations of people!

Julia & Evren - October 13, 2007

Julia and Evren's wedding was my last time at Furry Creek for this year. It was an absolutely stunning October day and showed the Golf Course at it's finest. Julia and Evren were just blown away by the views - it really does have some of the nicest views around!

As theirs was a culturally mixed wedding, Julia and Evren put a lot of thought into the details of their ceremony and reception. Here are some of the details of the day....

Christine, Alex & Madeline

I met Christine and Alex when I photographed their wedding last year and I was delighted when they came to me for their maternity photographs last week.

Cindy & Uriah - September 30, 2007

Cindy & Uriah were married at Furry Creek. I am getting to know the area quite well now and I really like it there.

I started with Cindy in the bridal room and got a few shots of her dress and accessories.

It was a really cold and wet day and so we kept our bridal party shots nice and cosy. Here are the girls.....

Cindy and Uriah were game enough to do a quick tour of the golf course despite the rain. I've never seen the river run so fast!


Out on the top hole we got some BC misty shots - you wouldn't know it was raining the whole time - thanks guys for being up for the challenge!


Back at the Clubhouse we got a chance to dry out and warm up with a few more indoor photos. I found some sweet light on the stairs.


Cindy and Uriah live in Whistler and snowboard. Their cake (made by Cindy's cousin) rocked!
