Tonight's Lunar Eclipse

So this was pretty cool! I didn't even know this was happening until I was browsing the internet this evening. Of course I grabbed my camera and rushed to the window. I wish I'd had time to go outside and set up a tripod, but there was just a minute before the moon became covered in cloud and disappeared.

Here are a couple of quick shots. These were taken through the studio window.


I can only imagine what it would look like through a telescope! What an amazing Universe and we are such a very little part of it.....

Real Estate Photography

As well as Weddings and Portraits, I also do Commercial Lifestyle Photography. It's fun to shoot condos and houses up for sale - to meet some cool people and to check out their style of interior design.

I LOVED this place - the owner had a custom built shoji feature wall in his living room which slid back to reveal the balcony. I lived in Japan 1997-2003 so even the the building materials were a little different, I felt very nostalgic. He also had a variety of beautiful Asian artifacts and art work. Very very zen!

This condo is just a block or so from the Seawall and Davie St, so Downtown living at it's best.
